How much does shipping & handling cost? Can multiple items be combined?
Shipping and handling are based on exact costs. Once you type in your zip code during checkout, it will give you options for optional shipping services. Yes, we combine shipping if ordered at the same time. If you are pre-ordering items, we recommend placing two separate orders for pre-order items and in-stock items.
How do I know your items are authentic?
OC Celebrity has been in the Autograph business since 2009 and we pride ourselves as only selling authentic hand-signed signatures by celebrities and athletes. Every single item we sell is authenticated by Beckett Authentication Services (BAS) and each item comes with a tamper-proof hologram and matching COA card.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Currently, we ship to the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Mexico, and Brazil. Keep in mind, you are in charge of paying any customs fees, depending on your region. If we do not ship to your area, please contact us and let us know to support more regions.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We do not accept returns on Pre-sale autographs.
We only accept returns if the item is damaged or we sent you the wrong item. If the item is damaged we will send you a return label and will replace your item.
